Responsibilities
- Analyze packaging process to identify areas causing quality defects, reducing system availability and system speed, and then organize, manage and complete corrective action
- Create and initiate machinery and process test protocols
- Develop process improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (MBA a plus) along with 5 + years related field experience in automation service/ maintenance
- 5+ years related field experience in pharmaceutical packaging or other complex automated processing equipment required
- Extensive travel will be required during new equipment start ups
